Our three step process:

Step 1 – Pre-treatment. This is a necessary step in cleaning your carpets. During this step, we pre-spray all of the carpets before the cleaning process. This will allow most of any ground-in dirt or spots on your carpet to come out when we complete the cleaning process.

Step 2 – Cleaning. This is the part where your carpets begin looking like new. The process that we use will successfully and efficiently remove the dirt, and grease from your carpets. We will utilize the process of steam cleaning to remove the soil deep down at the base of the carpet fibers. Our process will not harm your carpet and in fact, carpet manufacturers recommend steam cleaning as the method for cleaning their products.

Step 3 – Neutralizing. This is the final step in our process. This step is important because it will make certain that there is no cleaning residue left in your carpet. This will make your carpet feel soft and new after we finish.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Our powerful 5 step cleaning process will restore your tile and grout to a like new condition. The process will remove those stubborn stains and years of soil build up safely, effectively and economically.

Our 6 Step Tile and Grout Cleaning Process

1. Pre-treat tile and grout
a. Alkaline based detergent solution is sprayed on
b. Cleaner is allowed to dwell for up to 20 minutes
c. This loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical residues

2. Power scrub surfaces
a. Special surrogated brushes agitate the grout lines as well as the tile surface
b. Edge Cleaning and baseboard cleaning are done at this time

3. Turbo rinse
a. Tile and grout is rinsed using steam cleaning
b. All water, cleaning solutions and contaminants are captured and extracted away
in one process.
c. System is completely fluid controlled with no over wetting of any other surfaces or areas

4. Repeat process (Steps 1, 2 and 3 above)
a. Above process is repeated now using a low Ph Restorative cleaner
b. Solution works on staining, discoloration, grout haze, soap scum

5. Speed dry/inspection
a. Remove any remaining water on floor
b. Place high powered air movers to dry tile and grout lines
c. Inspect surface for any staining. Spot clean any stains found
